ABOUT US
Welcome to Dance Dimensions Performing Arts Center located in Woodland Hills, California, inside Westfield's Promenade Mall, downstairs from the AMC Theatre and Arthur Murray. We are a full-service dance studio offering classes in many styles to children and teens as well as select Adult classes, Parties, private lessons, studio rentals and special events.
We offer classes for students who are looking for fun after-school activities AND for those who would like to end up pursuing Dance as a career. Sometimes one becomes the other!
Dance Dimensions Performing Arts Center has a warm, supportive family atmosphere. Many of the students from our Dance Dimensions Community Outreach program perform in small, informal shows throughout the year at Retirement Homes and hospitals, giving performers the opportunity to share, to give, and to interact with a very appreciative and underserved audience. The Studio also supplies teachers and dancers for our Non Profit Outreach, which allows us to teach dance to underprivileged children who would otherwise not be able to experience the joy of Dance.
We also give our dancers the opportunity to dance at Festivals, Street Fairs and professional sports games. This optional activity provides a wonderful experience for those who enjoy the performance aspect.
Dance Dimensions has only the best in Dance Instructors! Our teachers are chosen because they enthusiastically agree with our Philosophy of Caring, which we find just as important as their resumes and their incredible ability and passion to nurture and teach the students.
Come on in and try a class or three! We offer continuing classes from September through June, with students able to join at any point during the year. We offer Summer Camp and Winter Camp during school breaks.
The students usually perform in two major recital shows, in December and June. The December show is often a benefit. In 2006, Dance Dimensions raised money for cancer research in the name of the Max Of A Million Dreams Foundation.
We have a growing DANCEWEAR shop on our premises, featuring clothes, shoes, accessories, bags and more. Check with us first, because our prices are comparable or better than most!

MISSION STATEMENT
Our goal is to enrich and empower the creative, intellectual, social, emotional and physical well-being of our students through involvement and exposure to the Arts.
We promote the worth and dignity of the individual in a safe, nurturing environment while helping prepare him/her to be a contributing member of an ever-changing and culturally diverse society. We instill the idea that Dance is not only movement, but a way of life, whose lessons can be applied whether the student continues to dance or not.
All students can learn, achieve, and succeed. We choose to cultivate an environment of achievement and partnership between the student, parents, school and community so that all who walk through our doors will become exceptional citizens of the world.
