New to Momence? Register & Book for Camp
- View Pricing: Scroll down to Pricing to pick your camp pack.
- Create Parent Account: Scroll to the top, click "Sign Up with Parent Account," and submit your info.
- Add Your Dancer: Go to My Children > Add a New Child Account (you can auto-create an email for them if they don’t have one).
- Pick Your Pack: Go to My Classes > Click our logo and choose any pack labeled Summer Camp.
- Assign & Purchase: Select Buy for: [Dancer’s Name] and enter your payment info.
- Book Your Days: Go back to My Classes > Click our logo > Calendar. Change the view to Month and select your start date (Camp begins June 23).
- Select Session: Choose your half/full day and their Grade (for the 2026-2027 school year), then click Book Now. Note: Half-day bookings require the "1 Half Day" pack; full days use all other packs
- Confirm Booking: Select Buy for: [Dancer’s Name] and choose "Use my Class/Appointment Credits."
- Repeat: Follow steps 6–8 for each day you'd like to attend.
- Review: Check My Children > My Children’s Events to verify the schedule or cancel a day.

Existing Momence Users: Link Your DDPAC Account
Already have a Momence account? If you use Momence at another studio, you still need to register a new account with DDPAC. Be sure to use the same email address as your existing account—this allows you to easily toggle between both studios within the same app!

HOW TO BOOK EXTENDED CARE
Once you have registered your parent account, then added your child to your account, you can add on extended care through booking an appointment.
- Tap Appointments to book a service (Early Drop-Off or Late Pick-Up).
- Select the window of which you would like to pick up/drop off your dancer.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the booking process, including choosing which child you would like to book for.

IS SUMMER CAMP FOR ALL LEVELS?
All levels are welcome at DDPAC Summer Camp! We group our dancers by age, and our amazing teachers provide options for every skill level within the classroom. Whether it's your first time or you're a seasoned pro, there is a place for you here!
What should I wear?
We require a dress code for summer camp. All items are available for purchase at Dance Dimensions for your convenience. We recommend dancers bring all dance clothing and shoes every day as we don't publicize the daily schedule.
If you don’t own any of the following shoes, please purchase at minimum either Jazz or Ballet shoes. We do have a loner bin of used tap shoes if necessary (no guarantee we have your size).

Jazz or Ballet - If you have both, bring them! Buy one or the other if needed
Hip Hop - Sneakers
African, Lyrical, Bollywood, Contemporary, Technique – Half Soles or barefoot

Can I just show up for CAMP without signing up?
No, all dancers must be registered in advance. Our sessions sell out quickly, and we are unable to accept drop-ins at the door. If your preferred day is full, please join the waitlist; we frequently see spots become available as families adjust their summer plans.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of your scheduled camp day in order to get the credit back. If you cancel in time, you are welcome to re-book to any other available day. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the credit.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for drop-ins or camp packs. Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for makeups, refunds, or credit transfers.

What if I’m running late?
To ensure the safety of all dancers, we ask that you arrive on time for the daily warm-up.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes past the start time may be denied entry to prevent injury and class disruption. In these instances, refunds or credits will not be issued. Additionally, late arrival may result in missing the deadline for optional daily lunch orders. Thank you for understanding!

Is CAMP the same login as my child’s REGULAR SEASON DDPAC account?
No. The camp program uses a separate booking system from the DDPAC Parent Portal. While our regular program uses JackRabbit and the Parent Portal (available on the home page of our website), the camp program is booked through Momence. Register for camp, then download the app for easy booking.
THE DAY I WANT IS FULL - HOW DO WAITLISTS WORK?
If your preferred camp day is full, we highly recommend joining the waitlist! Here is how the process works to ensure everyone has a fair shot at a spot:
Automatic Enrollment: Once a spot opens up, the system automatically adds students to the roster in the exact order they joined the waitlist.
The 15-Hour Window: You can be automatically added from the waitlist up until 15 hours before the start of the camp day (which is 7:00 PM the night before).
Manage Your Status: It is important to remove yourself from the waitlist if your plans change and you can no longer attend.
Cancellation Policy: If you remain on the list and the system automatically adds you to the roster, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and you may forfeit your credit if you are unable to make it.

DO YOU OFFER EARLY DROP-OFF OR LATE PICK-UP?
Yes! We offer both early drop-off and late pick-up for an additional fee. To add this to your registration, login to your account then book your desired extended care through Appointments. Choose a drop-off or pick-up window (all 15 minute increments).
Note: Extended care cannot be booked with a camp pack, they are paid for separately.
